Together with the host Massimo Giroldi (AD Newform) speakers will speak Giuseppe Piazza (founder NordEst Innovation) and Serena Leonardi (founder Amploom) who will introduce the theme of the customer experience in the showroom.
The two experts have developed a very interesting and innovative model for the study and development of service and sales processes based on the identification of the target. The model, called "Customer Mirroring Canvas", along a process that leads to mirroring in the customer, tends to map his awareness during the purchase experience, phase by phase and is therefore useful to develop useful services for those who must organize and manage showroom sales.
Letizia Vittoriano (founder Home Personal Shopper) will also take part in the meeting and will help to comment on the model from a dual point of view: that of the client's designer / consultant and that of the client.
